  1. Hello,

We decided to stick with dotProject tool for now for our development needs, and it seems to be pretty nice. However, it's not really a bug tracking tool. Of course you can call issue=bug, and do that, but still. Overall, it is neat, and works fine. Interface unfortunatelly is not too friendly, while it is much better than many others. And it's free - which is actually was a nice selling point for me personally. ;-) What tools are you using?

We use one with a very friendly interface - and free too, at least for what we use it: teamwork.

  3. It is commercial and pretty expensive. Otherwise you are limited with everything -- tasks, users, projects, etc... 5 users license costs 400 EURO annually, this is sucks. Basecamp from 37signals is cheaper, it allows you 35 projects, unlimited people, clients, chatting and time tracking, it's secure and gives you 1GB of storage on their servers for $49 per month. And they have got even cheaper plans. (Well, it misses some bells and whistles, but you don't need them for your work.)

    Hi!
We're using Wrike.com. It works for both: project management and bug+issue tracking. It’s very simple. To track a bug I create an email to somebody in my team, put wrike’s address into CC field, add a screenshot and some comments. The task on the bug is automatically put into the system and we track it together. The tool is cheap too, cause you get like 3 GB of storage for the same $49 per month.

  5. Can I build Gantt charts with Wrike? Can I create/update/view schedule for team members? What are the ways how can I see/control where we are standing at this moment in the project?
Do they have different plans? I can barely see us using 3Gb, and I would like to decrease those $49 per month... :-)

Is there an affordable all in one solution web application that does project management, timesheet billing, and CRM?
